Mechanical Part Crafting:Moogles and Heartless are able to craft mechanical parts for themselves to enhance their abilities and attributes. One of these two races may only make a purchase for these parts if an impending transformation calls for it. They can purchase it before or after they hit the requirement, and consistently gain its full effects. I would recommend a Heartless due for their only mechanical transformation choose wisely.
